• Monitor daily transfers and flight schedules to manage transport arrangements proactively
• Handle phone bookings and enquiries to provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Manage work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues promptly
• Use interpersonal and management skills to support transport teams
• Work independently with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in all tasks
• Be willing to work on weekends and public holidays to support continuous service availability
