Responsibilities 

• Prepare project cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents and commercial proposals for construction projects. 
• Monitor project expenditure, track cost performance, and provide progress reports to support effective cost management. 
• Manage contracts, procurement activities, and supplier negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and project value. 
• Conduct cost evaluations, risk assessments, method statements, and cost-value reconciliation throughout project execution. 
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and project teams to coordinate commercial and contractual matters. 
• Support tender evaluation, project documentation, and other quantity surveying activities as required. 

Requirements 

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, tender management, or commercial roles within the construction industry. 
• Experience in gas systems, process piping, mechanical & electrical (M&E), semiconductor, or EPC projects will be advantageous. 
• Strong knowledge of construction cost management, contract administration, procurement processes, and tender documentation. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for cost analysis and reporting. 
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple project requirements.
