SkyNet Worldwide Express is the world’s largest network of independent local courier companies — one connected network of 190+ countries operating through 7 major hubs globally. We handle international parcel delivery and returns, freight forwarding, e-commerce logistics, and supply chain solutions. We are strengthening our Asia Pacific pricing & data capability and are looking for a commercially minded analyst to help us quote, win, and retain profitable business.

Location: Hong Kong, or remote from Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, or other APAC countries

Reporting to: Solutions & Pricing Manager, Asia Pacific

Language: English; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage

Type: Full-time, permanent

The role

As Pricing and Data Analyst, you sit at the center of how we price, quote, and win business across Asia Pacific — turning cost and performance data into sharp commercial decisions, and building the rates, dashboards, and insights that help our teams serve customers profitably.

Key responsibilities

·       Assist the function in shaping prices and solutions across all clients, including strategic key accounts.

·       Lead regular RFQ and tender quotations end to end, coordinating internal teams and vendors.

·       Analyze and negotiate vendor rates to optimize cost of service and design competitive solutions.

·       Build and maintain dashboards that track performance and profitability metrics.

·       Interpret performance data to surface trends, risks, and identify improvement opportunities.

·       Partner with commercial, operations, and finance teams to onboard customers smoothly.

·       Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.

·       Support ad-hoc pricing projects and analysis as the business requires.

What you’ll bring

·       Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

·       Exposure to logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or express courier is an advantage.

·       Any background in pricing, billing, procurement, or data analysis will be well considered.

·       Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.

·       Excellent communication skills, numerical aptitude, and attention to detail.

·       Proficient in Excel and applied AI tools; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.

·       Collaborative team player; positive, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking on agreed timelines.
