  • Job Description & Requirements
  • at least 10 years of experience as in massage/SPA business
  • effective communication skills/Exceptional customer service skills/
  • Patience and respectable to work
  • can work on weekends and public holidays
  • can work/stand for long hours
  • have relavant certificate/diploma
  1. Performing patient intake tasks.
  2. Preparing equipment and treatment rooms.Liaising between patients, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and other departments.
  3. Assisting patients to walk, sit, and stand, as well as transporting them via wheelchair to locations within the facility.
  4. Observing patients performing prescribed physical exercises and immediately reporting concerns.
  5. Documenting patients' responses to treatment and updating patient files.
  6. Performing basic prescribed treatments such as applying ice packs or heat pads as instructed.
  7. Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas, as well as changing linen.
  8. Performing administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
