Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in IT Troubleshooting
• Advanced proficiency in Engineering Support (preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation (preferred)
• Strong experience with SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance Process Control (SAP GRC PC)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Advanced proficiency in IT Troubleshooting is required. Advanced proficiency in Engineering Support is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation is suggested.
• Analyze and resolve complex software issues to ensure continuous system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and prevent recurring problems.
• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting efforts.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and proposing innovative approaches.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand system impacts and prioritize support activities effectively.
