Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's business strategies and operational plans.
• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop market expansion strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
• Lead and supervise department managers and employees to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and improve internal policies, operational procedures, and management systems.
• Monitor business performance and prepare management reports for the Board of Directors.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support business development and project execution.
• Evaluate business risks and implement appropriate risk management measures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in business management, operations management, or related fields.
• Candidates with project management experience will have an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of business management, corporate planning, and operational management.
• Experience in developing business strategies and supporting business growth.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Good financial management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
