Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all online enquiries.
• Build and maintain  relationships with new and existing clients.
• Expand and develop the company's customer database.
• Prepare quotations and invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up on sales enquiries and convert leads into customers.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Positive attitude with a strong passion 
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
