Job Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with product-related inquiries.
Handle sales, returns, exchanges, and tax refunds.
Provide gift wrapping service for purchases.
Help with gift redemptions and purchase with purchase redemptions.
Manage lost-and-found items and respond to customer inquiries.
Training will be provided.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
5 days work week (from Monday to Sunday, depending on the roster)
Ability to work during weekends and public holidays.
Working hours 10.45am to 8.30pm
Working location: Chinatown
