Events Executive



Looking for an organized, energetic and proactive Events Executive to join our growing team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love bringing ideas to life and thrive on creating memorable experiences, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering a variety of exciting projects while working closely with clients, vendors and the rest of our team.


Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm


Salary range: $3800 - $4500



Job Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and execute events from concept through to completion.
Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth event delivery.
Coordinate event logistics, timelines, schedules and materials.
Source quotations and assist with procurement of event-related items and services.
Prepare event proposals, schedules and other administrative documentation.
Support on-site event setup, coordination and troubleshooting during event days.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Conduct post-event evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist with any other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
Proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Diploma/A levels holder.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Prior events experience is a bonus but not essential.
