Job Responsibilities

· Create drawings based on PDF, hand-drawn or verbal instructions using AutoCAD.

· Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and/or construction drawings in accordance to project requirements.

· Review, clarify and amend the drawings/plan provided by clients/consultants

· Draw and reproduce sample parts in AutoCAD.

· Ensure that the drawings required are completed on-time

· Liaise with customers about requirements if clarification is needed.

· Convert AutoCAD drawings to PDF for fabrication.

· Work closely with Sales & Production department for fabrication process.

· Responsible to match drawing and measurement to actual installation at project site

· Calculate materials and inform purchasing department to order timely.

· To work with other teams to ensure the smooth execution of the projects

· May need to attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements

· Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• AutoCAD knowledge and well versed is a Must.
• Preferably to have 1-2 years in drafting experience with strong analytical skill
• Min 2 - 3 years in Autocad knowledge
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (words, excel & outlook)
• Able to work independently with responsibility to meet tight deadline.
• Meticulous with attention to details.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
• Result driven with a can-do attitude.
• Meticulous and organised
• Good command of English will be an advantage
• Highly motivated, outspoken & possess good working attitude
• Able to work in a team as well as independently
