Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Executive to support warehouse operations. The candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, coordinate with different departments, and ensure smooth administrative and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare and maintain delivery, inventory, and logistics records.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records.
• Support warehouse and logistics operations when required.
• Assist management with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in administration and logistics coordination is preferred.
