Job Summary

You will perform multi-skilled renovation tasks on commercial, industrial, and residential projects, ensuring quality installation and finishing of partitions, ceilings, plastering, painting, flooring, glass works, and dismantling.

Responsibilities

• Install drywall gypsum and wooden partitions to create durable and precise room divisions for various renovation projects
• Fit suspended false plaster ceilings to enhance interior aesthetics and functionality in commercial and residential spaces
• Apply plaster to gypsum partitions and concrete walls/ceilings to achieve smooth, even surfaces ready for finishing
• Paint surfaces with attention to detail to provide a clean, professional finish that meets project standards
• Lay carpet and vinyl flooring accurately to ensure safe, attractive, and long-lasting floor coverings
• Perform glass works including installation and fitting to meet design specifications and safety requirements
• Conduct reinstatement and dismantle works efficiently to prepare sites for renovation or restoration
