Job Description

1. Business Operations: Manage daily operational workflows and overall business processes across product lines.

2. Partner & Vendor Relations: Maintain positive long-term relationships with international suppliers, vendors, and key partners.

3. Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and support local business growth initiatives.

4. Market Research: Monitor market trends and customer demand to support strategic decision-making and sourcing.

5. Performance & Reporting: Track operational metrics, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports for executive leadership.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree (open to any discipline).

2. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Korean to communicate effectively with Korean suppliers and international partners.

3. Professional Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities.

4. Operational & Analytical Capability: Good problem-solving skills with basic numerical and analytical capabilities.

5. Computer Literacy & Adaptability: Proficient in standard office software (MS Office) with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
