Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer for Semi-Con Industry
Position Title: CMM Technician
Working Location: Seletar Aerospace Park, North-East Region
Working Hours: 5-days (Mon – Fri: 8am - 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic $2000 - $2500 + VB
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements to carry out quality inspections.
Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI), incoming, in-process, and final inspections using different measuring equipment.
Perform dimensional inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
Prepare and maintain inspection records according to the Quality Management System (QMS).
Operate measuring instruments, maintain them properly, and check their calibration status before use.
Report inspection results and non-conforming parts to the Quality Supervisor promptly.

Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, GCE O-Level, or equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years of CMM inspection experience.
Experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM); knowledge of Hexagon PC-DMIS or Zeiss CALYPSO programming software will be an advantage.
Able to work rotating shifts when required.
