Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or relevant diploma with practical accounting experience.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Proficient in AutoCount Accounting System (Required)
• Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)
• Audit and tax experiance is an advantange.
• Experiance in retail or multi-branch businessses is preferred 
• Honest, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• ACCA / CPA / MIA Member or Affiliate
• Knowledge of SST and Corporate Tax

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines in a busy retail setting.
• Good communicator, team player, and willing to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Leadership or team management experiance.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your Growth & Impact

• Handle Full Set of Accounts independently.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage Account Receivable & Accounts Payable.
• Prepare management reports and analyse branch profitability.
• Budget planning and cost control.
• Handle taxation, audit and statutory compliance.
• Supervise and guide Account Assistans.
• Provide financial analysis and business recommendations to mangement.
