Key Responsibilities:

a. Define and manage the Client product roadmap and backlog.

b. Translate stakeholder and regulatory requirements into a prioritised executable roadmap

c. Lead the cross-functional Scrum team through planning, delivery, and release governance

d. Remove operational blockers and align product scope with business goals

e. Escalate technical blockers to Solution Architect; own the resulting timeline an communication impact

f. Track cross-team and cross division dependencies surfacing delivery risks

Essential Skill Sets:

• Scrum Certification

• 7 + years leading digital transformation programmes in an agile scrum delivery environment

• 7+ years leading cross-functional scrum teams

• Experience delivering government or public sector digital products

Desirable Experience:

• Experience in GovTech tech stack

• Experience in OutSystems-based delivery

• Experience in handling legacy tech systems 1
