• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of operations management, business strategy, organizational leadership, and operational excellence.
• Expertise in process optimization, performance management, quality improvement, and organizational transformation.
• Comprehensive understanding of budgeting, financial management, risk management, corporate governance, and business continuity planning.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to improve operational performance and support business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
