Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Associate role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, offering a basic salary plus high commission. The Retail Associate will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide customer-focused service to promote products and close sales. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, assisting with inventory checks, and ensuring the store environment is clean and organized. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing transactions accurately at the point of sale, and supporting promotional activities or campaigns. The Retail Associate will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver a positive overall customer experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and a commitment to Customer-focused Service to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities to explain product features, respond to inquiries, and support sales closure.
• Candidates should possess basic Inventory Management skills and attention to detail to track stock levels and support restocking activities.
• Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Experience, including problem-solving and service recovery, to ensure repeat business.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior retail or sales experience, basic numeracy for handling transactions, willingness to work shifts, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are an advantage.
