  • Job Posting: Develop and post job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and mediate workplace conflicts and grievances.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to maintain and boost employee morale and satisfaction.

  • Appraisals: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
