Managing appropriate handovers of new clients to the relevant Account Management team members.
Lead and manage responses to tenders and developing quality presentation as needed.
Following the sales process protocols with clearly defined sales strategy and activity, ensuring accurate pipeline reporting updates and compliance with our company marketing and branding standards.
Providing advice to your prospects and colleagues on the scope of coverage available.
To provide quality service with integrity to prospects and clients and demonstrate a strong ability to solve clients’ needs.
Prepare and submit weekly sales pipeline and activity reports.
Assist in claims notifications and coordinate with insurers and clients on claim matters
Monitor policy renewals and proactively engage clients ahead of policy expiry.
Manage debt collection and follow up on outstanding premium payments to ensure timely collection of premiums.
Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your supervisor(s)/HODs.
Job Requirements
Minimum Polytechnic diploma and above.
Ideally 1-2 years of working experience in Business Development in the Employee Benefits space/segment in the Broking/Insurance industry. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Salary will commensurate with experience.
Good oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical, critical thinking, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
MAS certification(s) is required for this role. The Company will sponsor your certification for fresh graduates.
