On behalf of our client, we are hiring Production Operators to join a semiconductor company based in Tampines, Singapore.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: SGD 1,200 (before probation for Malaysian Work Permit holders)
Estimated Gross Salary: SGD 1,600 – SGD 2,200 (depending on OT)

Working Hours

• 12-hour rotating shifts
• Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:30 AM
• Shift Pattern: 4-3-3-4
• Rotation between day and night shift every 3 months
• OT available (up to 6 working days/week, based on business needs)

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production processes according to SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor production activities and ensure quality standards are met.
• Report any process, quality, safety, or documentation issues to the supervisor.
• Participate in Kaizen and 5S initiatives to improve workplace efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe production environment.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• SPM or above.
• Able to speak and understand basic English.
• Willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment while wearing cleanroom attire/PPE.
• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or operator experience is an advantage.
• Candidates with WSQ Manufacturing or Welder certificates are welcome to apply

Pay: $1,200.00 - $2,200.00 per month
