Empower Children. Support Families. Grow Your Career.

At MindChamps Early Intervention and Therapy @ Woods Square, we believe that every child has the potential to thrive with the right support. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Speech & Language Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals.

If you enjoy working with children, partnering with families, and making a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Speech & Language Therapist, you will work with children with diverse developmental needs, including speech, language, social communication and learning challenges. You will play a key role in helping children build the communication skills they need to succeed at home, in school and in the community.

Your responsibilities include:

Assessment & Intervention

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify each child's strengths and areas of need.
  • Develop individualised therapy plans based on evidence-based practices and functional goals.
  • Deliver engaging one-to-one and small-group therapy sessions.
  • Monitor children's progress and adapt intervention plans to maximise outcomes.
  • Prepare professional reports, therapy notes and documentation in a timely manner.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with our psychologist, occupational therapist, speech therapists, educational therapist and early intervention teachers to provide holistic, child-centred intervention.
  • Partner with parents and caregivers by providing coaching, practical strategies and regular progress updates.
  • Liaise with preschools and schools where appropriate to support children's learning and communication across settings.

Professional Practice

  • Maintain high standards of clinical practice and ethical conduct.
  • Participate in case discussions, clinical supervision and multidisciplinary meetings.
  • Contribute to programme development and continuous service improvement.
  • Stay current with research and best practices through ongoing professional development.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for working with young children and families.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in paediatrics, early intervention or special education is an advantage.
