• Answer guest calls and respond to housekeeping-related requests (e.g., extra towels, pillows, insect repellent, etc.).
• Record all guest requests accurately in the logbook or designated system.
• Relay messages and requests to the housekeeping team or supervisor for immediate action.
• Follow up on pending requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit daily reports of guest requests and complaints to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of records and communication logs.
• Handle all calls in a professional, polite, and courteous manner.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Front Office and Engineering when needed.
• Adhere to hotel policies, safety standards, and service procedures.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
