- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely billing, collection, and reconciliation.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in accordance with reporting deadlines.
- Prepare and submit tax filings and statutory returns in full compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Handle staff expense claims and perform ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as requiredConduct internal audits and collaborate with external auditors to ensure transparency and financial integrity.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and reporting standards.
- Provide timely financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support informed decision-making by management.
