Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintain and monitor building facilities, M&E equipment, and processing machinery.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) according to maintenance schedules.
• Attend to machinery and facility breakdowns, troubleshooting, and repair works.
• Ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company requirements.
• Perform routine inspection, servicing, and replacement of faulty parts.
• Control and monitor spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Handle purchase requests, service requests, and coordination with suppliers or contractors.
• Maintain proper maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
• Support continuous improvement and housekeeping activities within the maintenance area.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment when required.

Requirements:

• Experience in building maintenance, M&E systems, or industrial machinery maintenance is an advantage.
• Minimum SPM / Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or related technical field preferred.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Responsible, proactive, willing to learn, able to work independently and as a team, and willing to work in shift or overtime when required.
• Basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and understanding of mechanical/electrical systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
