Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.
• Perform machine offset adjustments and tool changes as required.
• Conduct first article and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• Ensure machined parts meet quality specifications and customer requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or maintenance requirements.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
• Record production data, inspection results, and machine logs accurately.
• Comply with company safety procedures, quality standards, and 5S practices.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to achieve production targets.

Job Requirement:

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience (experience in aerospace manufacturing is an advantage).
• Knowledge of CNC Milling and/or CNC Turning operations.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with precision measuring equipment.
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup is preferred.
• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
