Requirements

• Experience with AutoCount Accounting and SQL Payroll is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process billing documents, including Invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and Credit Notes (CN).
• Manage monthly payroll, including salary preparation and statutory submissions for PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HRDF.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and an organized filing system.
• Handle Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), cash transactions, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare customer statements, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely debt collection.
• Able to commence work immediately.
