About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Developer to design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise IT operations. The successful candidate will work on implementing and customizing ServiceNow modules, developing integrations, automating workflows, and maintaining the CMDB to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and forms.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Build and maintain CMDB structures, configuration items (CIs), and service relationships.
• Develop automation using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and scripting.
• Create dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics for operational insights.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support for ServiceNow applications.
• Ensure platform configurations follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and custom developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience developing workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Orchestration.
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Experience designing and maintaining CMDB structures and service mapping.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM are highly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and platform upgrades.
