About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Solution Analyst to bridge business requirements with technology solutions for enterprise banking systems. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, design functional solutions, support system implementation, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Assess system impacts and identify required enhancements or new solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive Functional Solution Design (FSD) documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in solution walkthroughs and provide functional guidance during development.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Evaluate change requests, perform impact analysis, and update functional documentation.
• Support production deployment activities, including readiness assessments and go-live planning.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist in issue analysis and resolution.
• Ensure solutions comply with business, security, regulatory, and data governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Functional Solution Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Core Banking systems and banking operations.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Hands-on experience preparing Functional Solution Design (FSD) documentation.
• Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with business users, development teams, and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering Core Banking transformation or digital banking projects.
• Knowledge of system integration, business process analysis, and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments.
• Familiarity with banking compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.
