Duties & responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the standalone stores (including Department store counters) under the Brand
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the store team.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate store employees.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and minimize stock losses.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze business performance, and implement improvement plans.
• Manage store budgets, expenses, cash handling, and banking procedures.
• Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns within the store.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven experience in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Good analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work retail hours (rotating shifts), including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced retail environment.

Working location: IOI Putrajaya

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
