Key Responsibilities

Execute visual merchandising guidelines across all store zones, including windows, feature displays, mannequins, wall bays, tables, and fixtures.

Ensure product presentation is attractive, commercial, and aligned with current campaigns and seasonal launches.

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards throughout trading hours.

Replenish and rotate merchandise to ensure full-size runs and optimal product availability.

Install promotional materials, signage, and point-of-sale (POS) displays accurately and on time.

Coordinate with Store Leaders to support product launches, promotional events, and seasonal changes.

Monitor stock levels on displays and communicate replenishment needs promptly.

Conduct regular visual audits and rectify merchandising inconsistencies.

Ensure pricing labels and promotional information are accurate and displayed correctly.

Provide basic styling recommendations and display ideas to improve product visibility and sales.

Assist with store setup, relocations, renovations, and stocktake activities when required.

Ensure all merchandising activities comply with company safety and operational standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM/STPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, or fashion/sports retail.

Fresh graduates with strong creativity and interest in visual merchandising are encouraged to apply.

Good understanding of retail visual merchandising principles and product presentation.

Creative, detail-oriented, and possesses a good sense of colour, styling, and space planning.

Able to interpret merchandising guidelines and execute them effectively.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work weekends, public holidays, and retail operating hours.

Physically fit and able to move fixtures, set up displays, and handle merchandise.

Able to travel if required.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
