Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue credit notes and debit notes.
- Record and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Process supplier invoices and prepare payment schedules.
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries and expense claims.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closing and audit.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and banks on finance-related matters.
- Assist in SST, tax and statutory documentation when required.
- Support external auditors, tax agents and company secretaries during audits.
- Prepare financial reports and administrative reports as assigned.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and stock documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience with accounting software (AutoCount, SQL, UBS or similar ERP systems) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Honest, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Knowledge of SST and Malaysian accounting practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
