FULL-TIME INHOUSE - PERMANENT - ON-SITE
The Studio Administrator will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling documentation, data entry, correspondence, and basic accounting or HR support as required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain and update company databases and records (manual and electronic).
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and office inquiries.
- Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and petty cash claims.
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain stock inventory.
- Support HR functions such as preparing staff attendance reports and leave records.
- Assist in organising company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure all office documents are properly stored and easily retrievable.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years in project coordination or administrative support. Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or creative industry is a plus.
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (fluency in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with regional vendors/stakeholders).
- Comfortable with productivity and project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office, Jira, Trello). General familiarity with game development or creative pipelines is helpful.
- Exceptionally organized with great time management skills, high attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong collaborative spirit.
