Overview

Our client, a leading multinational organization in the financial services industry, is looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable, high-performance web applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll drive frontend architecture, establish engineering standards, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver modern, enterprise-grade digital solutions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about React, frontend architecture, performance optimization, and enjoys solving complex technical challenges while guiding engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and enforce frontend architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Architect scalable, performance-first React applications.
• Lead modernization initiatives using React Server Components and Streaming SSR.
• Research and prototype emerging frontend technologies.
• Develop responsive, high-quality web applications using React.
• Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket services.
• Drive frontend performance optimization and secure coding practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical discussions.
• Break down business requirements into user stories.
• Champion Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Coordinate cross-team technical dependencies and architecture decisions.

Required Skills

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, Bootstrap
• API & Integration: REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSocket
• UI Development: Responsive Design, UI/UX, Figma, Micro Frontends, Performance Optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of front-end engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and Bootstrap.
• Experience building scalable enterprise web applications.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, CI/CD, testing, and Agile delivery.
• Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
