Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in payroll administration and related documentation.
• Assist in training arrangement, attendance tracking, preparation of training materials, feedback collection, training record updates.
• Assist in preparing HR-related documents (letters, reports, etc.)
• Provide administrative support for other HR projects and ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirement:

• Final year local student who’s currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration/Psychology;
• Internship must be part of University/College’s academic requirement;
• Familiar with Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity;
• Have strong passion in HR, Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work at our office in Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by MRT, LRT, and Monorail).
