We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect / Senior AI Engineer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Azure AI, Machine Learning, and cloud technologies, with experience in building scalable AI applications, including video analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Architecture & Delivery

• Lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation of AI solutions.
• Develop, optimize, and deploy AI models using Python and cloud AI services.
• Design and integrate AI-based video analytics and video processing solutions.
• Ensure AI applications are scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performing.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Design and deploy AI solutions on Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms.
• Implement edge AI solutions where applicable.
• Apply DevOps practices for AI model deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, and maintenance.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
• Participate in requirement gathering and review functional specifications.
• Work closely with technical leads to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.

Quality & Governance

• Conduct code reviews and participate in peer reviews.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, coding best practices, and project governance.

Leadership & Innovation

• Mentor junior AI Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI Services.
• Experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Experience building AI solutions involving Video Analytics/Computer Vision.
• Knowledge of AI deployment, MLOps, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
• Certified Artificial Intelligence Professional (CAIP)
