Duties:

Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overall project execution.


Review project specifications, technical drawings, and customer requirements.


Prepare shop drawings, technical documentation, equipment selection, and Bill of Materials (BOM).


Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.


Attend site meetings and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.


Support site installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system handover.


Assist in sourcing materials and coordinating subcontractors.


Support the design, installation, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS).


Assist in monitoring and optimizing BMS and ACMV systems for operational efficiency.


Prepare system graphics, technical reports, SOPs, and project documentation.


Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company quality standards.



Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.

Candidates with experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), ACMV, Building Automation, Controls, ELV, M&E, or Project Engineering will have an advantage.
