Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support for daily activities
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and correspondence
Liaise with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors
Assist with reporting, progress tracking, and project administration
Support events, programmes, and community initiatives when required
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
