About the Roles

Join our team as a QA Technician with a leading manufacturer of special purpose machinery based in Kallang. This permanent position offers a stable Monday to Friday schedule from 8am to 5.30pm, with a basic salary plus variable bonus package. You will play an important role in maintaining quality standards, improving processes, and ensuring production outputs meet customer expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
• Assist with regular audits and support the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) activities.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify solutions for product defects and manufacturing concerns.
• Inspect production processes and verify documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Monitor quality standards across die-cutting and sheet-to-sheet production operations.
• Support quality assurance activities for custom converting and fabricating processes.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to minimise defects and improve operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in QA, QC, or process engineering roles.
• Have experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, polymer, electronics, or related industries will be advantageous.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and fundamental quality assurance practices.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced working environment.
• Capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams to support quality and process improvement initiatives.

Experience:

• QA QC in manufacturing / engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
• ISO 9001 standards & quality assurance practices: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
