Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with local and regional customers on inquiries, quotations, order processing, shipment arrangements, and after-sales support.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, proactively identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner & addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly in a professionally manner
• Liaise closely with the Germany headquarters on shipment instructions, order updates and follow up

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
