About the Roles

Join our team as a Project Coordinator based in Macpherson, supporting renovation and interior design projects from planning through completion. This permanent position offers a structured 5.5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm and Saturday, 8am to 1pm) with a basic salary plus variable bonus package, providing an opportunity to manage diverse projects and work closely with various stakeholders in the construction industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate renovation and interior projects from the initial planning stage through to final handover.
• Manage project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion according to requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and managing expectations throughout each project.
• Supervise project execution to ensure smooth operations, safety compliance, and quality standards are maintained.
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and relevant parties to coordinate project activities.
• Handle project correspondence and follow up on outstanding matters promptly.
• Participate in site coordination and progress meetings when required.
• Allocate manpower effectively and assign tasks according to project requirements and team capabilities.
• Monitor materials, resources, manpower, and project costs to keep works on track and within budget.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess 1 - 3 years of experience in renovation, interior design, or general construction coordination.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks, resolve issues, and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Have basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar architectural software will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of BCA guidelines will be an advantage.
