Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, internal transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.
Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer administration.
Administer work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other employment-related matters, while liaising with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and coordinating employee accommodation where required.
Manage employee benefits administration, insurance matters, medical claims, and ensure employee information is accurately maintained in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Monitor employee attendance, leave administration, and timekeeping records to ensure compliance with company policies and payroll requirements.
Support performance management activities, including probation reviews, performance appraisals, employee development plans, and career progression initiatives.
Assist in employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary processes, counselling support, and policy implementation in accordance with employment legislation and company policies.
Coordinate learning and development programmes, including training administration, employee development initiatives, and training records management.
Organise company events, employee engagement programmes, wellness initiatives, and other activities that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices by monitoring and mitigating HR compliance risks.
Support HR digitalisation, process improvement, and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate personnel records, and perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Human Resources experience is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Info-Tech HRMS or other Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Willing to work a 5-day work week.
Working Location: Tuas.
