What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Support product development and collaborate with the R&D team.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular project status updates.
• Ensure all project documentation complies with company and customer requirements.
• Guide and support project team members to achieve project goals.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of project management principles (PMBOK knowledge is an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Willing to travel when required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
