Job Summary

• Schedule and plan works of all contractors and is responsible for ensuring that all work is completed as per schedule.
• Ensure all subcontrators work progresses and compliance with their contractual responsibilities.
• Ensure correct method statement are carried out by contractors and all relevant construction trades.
• Monitor the quality of product / information / coordination provided by the sub-contractors.
• Plan and mobilise staffing levels that are sufficient for completing the outstanding work loads.
• Monitor materials for the works are submitted for approval in time, delivered on time and suitably stored on site prior to commencement of works.
• Monitor the purchases of site materials and deliver to site without delay to the schedule.
• Plan Budget and project cost tracking progress to ensure that approved contingencies and allowances are not exceeded the budget.
• Confirm the suitability and availability of drawings and other data to ensure the contractor has the right information for the work in hand.
• Handle all project related correspondence and communication and providing direction and action to his team including consultants and contractors.
• Call for meetings, meeting documentation, follow up and tracking of issues and participate actively in resolving outstanding issues.
• Monitoring all staff at the project site compliance with safety requirements.
• Resolve disputes related to projects are properly addressed and resolved in an appropriate manner.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/ Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering
• 3-5 years of total experience and experience in infrastructure projects
• Posses strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate Good problem solving skills and leadership capabilities.
• Can start by short notice.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
