Junior Accounts Executive

Location: Johor Baharu, Taman Sutera

Basic Salary Range: RM 3,000 - RM 3,200 (Negotiable depending on experience)

Working Days: 5.5 Days in a week & (Normal Working Hours)

Reporting To: Accounts Manager

Responsibilities:

• Match suppliers' delivery orders and invoices with purchase orders and goods received, ensuring timely payments.
• Prepare and submit GST claims in accordance with government requirements.
• Verify delivery orders before coordinating with the Administration team to issue customer invoices.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure timely collections.
• Generate monthly customer statements of account.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and accounting system data.
• Process cash payments, petty cash claims, and miscellaneous claims with proper approvals.
• Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Income Statement.
• Assist with annual audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to conduct stock checks.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions, and liaise with relevant government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with company quality and environmental management procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of full-set or partial accounting, payroll processing, and Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
