Job Summary:

We’re looking for Application Ops Engineer to support our team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities

•Bridge the gap between software development and IT operations by promoting a collaborative DevOps culture.

•Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to automate, streamline, and optimise application deployment processes.

•Maintain, enhance, and optimise existing workflows, deployment pipelines, and operational frameworks.

•Identify, plan, and develop automation tools to reduce operational costs and improve customer experience.

•Conduct discussions, workshops, and training sessions to promote DevOps practices across IT operations.

•Contribute to the growth and adoption of the organisation's DevOps community and best practices.

•Drive continuous service improvement by identifying process optimisation opportunities.

•Propose and implement solutions to eliminate repetitive manual tasks through automation.

•Manage and maintain team knowledge repositories to ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

•Share technical knowledge and best practices across application support (AS) and DevOps teams.

•Collaborate with development and support teams to enhance knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.

•Ensure the knowledge database is regularly reviewed, updated, and aligned with current processes.
