Frontend Developer (React.js)

Job Type: Full-Time | Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team in building a modern CRM/ERP application from the ground up. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to develop scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and reusable user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready applications.
• Build reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.
• Implement routing, state management, and form validation.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Write unit tests using Vitest/Jest and React Testing Library.
• Participate in code reviews and follow Git-based development workflows.
• Collaborate with the team throughout sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• Proficient in speaking & reading English language
• 3+ years of experience in React.js development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.
• Strong understanding of React Hooks, Context API, and React Router.
• Experience integrating REST APIs using Axios or Fetch API.
• Familiarity with Vite, npm, and Git.
• Good understanding of responsive design and modern UI/UX principles.
• Experience writing unit tests using Vitest/Jest and React Testing Library.

Nice to Have

• Experience with React Hook Form.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth 2.0, or MSAL.
• Experience with dashboard/chart libraries such as Recharts or Chart.js.
• Basic understanding of Spring Boot backend integration.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
