Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Brand Communications, you will:

• Create captivating designs for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials.
• Collaborate with various departments including MATTA State Chapters to develop innovative visual concepts that align with our brand identity.
• Design marketing materials for integrated campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and a cohesive message.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Maintain and enhance the brand's visual voice across all digital and offline touchpoints.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of proven experience in visual design and solutioning, with knowledge of digital marketing and content.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or any related field.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Basic knowledge of animation is a strong plus.
• Ability to think strategically, lead, multitask and execute brilliantly on complex projects.
• Good organizational skills with a commitment to quality, efficiency, client service, and professionalism.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and interactive content.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and the ability to design platform-specific content.
• Ability to design responsive web layouts and optimize digital assets for various devices.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in photo and video editing.
• Innovative thinker with a knack for conceptualizing unique designs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate design ideas.
• Experience with motion graphics or animations (a plus!).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., SendGrid) is an advantage.
