Key Responsibilities

• Host live-streaming events (e.g. product launches, promotions and Q&A sessions) to increase brand awareness, audience engagement and sales conversion.
• Engage with viewers by introducing the Company's products and services, responding to enquiries and encouraging participation.
• Operate and manage live-streaming systems, including streaming software, product listings and promotional tools, to ensure smooth live-stream operations.
• Prepare for live-stream sessions by maintaining a good understanding of the Company's products, services and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan, appear in and create engaging social media content, including product demonstrations and promotional videos.
• Manage the Company's social media platforms and execute online marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse live-stream and social media performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Write and edit promotional materials, advertisements and marketing content.
• Represent the Company at exhibitions, promotional events and marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and provide insights to support marketing strategies and business growth.
• Achieve the Company's live-streaming and marketing objectives, including audience growth, engagement, sales conversion and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to support business objectives.
• Comply with the Company's working hours and work location arrangements, and perform other duties assigned by Management.
