We're Hiring | Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer (Platform & Infrastructure) | Singapore

We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer (Platform & Infrastructure) to join a high-impact engineering team building secure, scalable, and cloud-native platforms.

Position Details

Location: Central, Singapore

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Start Date: ASAP (Subject to Security Clearance)

• Eligibility: Singaporeans / SPR

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Golang, Kubernetes, Cloud Infrastructure, and DevOps
• Proven experience designing and operating cloud-native platforms
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation, Observability, and Reliability Engineering
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
• Experience working in Agile development environments

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage secure, scalable cloud-native platforms
• Develop backend services and platform capabilities using Golang
• Lead architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices
• Drive CI/CD automation, platform reliability, and observability initiatives
• Mentor development teams through code reviews and technical guidance
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Promote technical documentation, governance, and continuous improvement
